All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from date of purchase.

Please allow extra time for custom made orders.

Toria Sky is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once your order has been shipped. Once your package is accepted by USPS, Toria Sky is no longer responsible for the package.

Toria Sky is not responsible for delays incurred by USPS.

Refund/Return Policy

If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern to info@toriasky.com within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange or store credit ONLY. Items returned must be unworn and in the original packaging. All returns for jewelry and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis.

All sale and clearance items will be Final Sale and can not be returned.

Toria Sky does not cover shipping cost for returned items.
